WHAT ARE RETURN WALLS?

Returns walls are a small wall at each end of the van, that allow me to build to the contours of the van, to maximise the size of your annex.

DO I NEED TO LEVEL MY VAN?

I will block and level the caravan on the day of the build.

The van needs to be levelled to ensure the build will be level and square.

WILL THE GAP BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND VAN BE FILLED?

Yes, this is referred to as the draft strip or infill. This is standard on every job.

DO YOU NEED A PERMIT FOR AN ANNEX?

All relevant paper work will be completed as per park requirements.
